↳ This one’s your positioning. Does your consultant positioning command respect and allow you to charge premium in the market? Are you clear on your ideal clients?
Element 2: Attract Dream Clients On Autopilot
↳ This one’s about generating leads. Do you have a predictable system to identify, nurture, and close your potential clients? Do you have a plan to build the system?
Element 3: Repeatably Deliver Premium Experiences
↳ This one’s about effortless delivery. Do you reinvent the wheel with every client or do you have a structured process to generate results? We need the later!
Element 4: Systematically Engineer Your Freedom
↳ This one’s about your life as a business owner. Does running a business drain you or energize you? And do you build systems to ensure you put your life first?
Element 5: Embody An Unshakeable CEO
↳ Lastly, this one’s about persistence. Do you operate with the mindset, energy, and identity of a CEO (both the Chief Executive Officer of your business AND the Chief EXPERIENCE Officer of your life)? Your ideal scene isn’t a revenue number. And it isn’t the number of clients. These are all lagging indicators of success.
Your ideal scene, the leading indicator, is mastery over these 5 elements. This brings the POWER back into your hands. If you nail this, results will come faster than you can imagine. It took me 10 years to realize this, but THIS is the secret.
Alright, so now we know the ideal scene.. what next?
Second step is to evaluate where you are the weakest (what’s the bottleneck?)
How do you evaluate your current situation?
This is so simple, but most people end up complicating the sh*t out of it.
How do you evaluate anything? You ask:
What does BAD look like
What does OKAY look like
What does AWESOME look like
When you fully understand these 3 scenarios, it’s OBVIOUS what your current standing is!
The problem is: Most consultants have NO IDEA what these scenarios look like for the 5 elements we discussed.
What is Bad positioning vs Okay positioning
What is Okay CEO mindset vs Great CEO mindset
