Yesterday, I hosted my most powerful workshop yet: The Fastest Path to $10k+ Months
The vibe was ELECTRIC. We started with the 5 core elements of a freedom-first consulting business.
Then I walked everyone through my Essentialist CEO Compass Assessment, so each attendee could get crystal clear on the ONE blocker holding them back from consistent $10k+ months.
And we built a 90-day hyper personalized game-plan on how theyβll power through their bottlenecks to grow their business!
But it didnβt just end there: I also opened the doors to my CRAZIEST offer yet!
(Iβve taken everything that was spectacular and successful about my $5,000 program, The Solo CEO, and then engineered it to make it more accessible, designed for faster action, and optimized for bigger results.)
Available ONLY for the next 87 hours: Essentialist CEO Founding Member Offer
(If you missed the workshop, check it out. The prices will never be this low again!)
Now, while the offer is live, I want to tell you a story. Because I think this will help put things in perspective for you.
Two consultants (say A & B), both amazing at what they do, picked up their phones and dialed a friend.
Their words were VERY similar.
βI donβt think Iβm treating this like a real business. I'm working hard and I'm putting in efforts. But it's still feast and famine. And I'm getting so stressed running this.β
Consultant A had just finished another client meeting where the client hadn't done any of the work they'd agreed on. She'd spent hours preparing, crafting the perfect presentation, only to sit through 45 minutes of excuses. The $2,500 invoice was overdue, but asking for payment felt impossible when there was zero progress to show.
Consultant B closed her laptop after yet another discovery call that ended with "I'll think about it and get back to you"βwhich she knew meant no. She'd been working 12-hour days for three weeks straight, but her bank account looked exactly the same. The feast-or-famine cycle was crushing her.The phone call with a friend was more therapy than anything else.
Both reached for their phones, desperate to talk to someone who would understand.
The conversations were more therapy than strategy. Their friend listened, offered emotional support, but couldn't provide the business guidance they desperately needed.
Still, by the end of each call, both consultants reached the same conclusion:
"Things need to change. This just isn't the life we signed up for."
18 months laterβ¦ Both A & B dialed their friend once againβ¦
But their stories were STARKLY different.
Consultant B made that same desperate call to that same friend three more times over the next year and a half.
Each conversation followed the same pattern.
The panic about money.
The confusion about why nothing was working.
The promise that "this time Iβll do things differently."
18 months later, she's still working 60-hour weeks, still chasing down overdue invoices, still saying yes to projects that drain her soul.
But whatβs even worse: The stress has taken its toll on her well-being. Sheβs started getting physical symptoms and her health has massively deteriorated because of it. Sheβs almost started looking at job postings to get out of her cage.
Consultant A, however, hasnβt made a panic phone call in over a year now.
Instead, when she called her friend last month, it was to share incredible news:
Working with 5-6 premium clients
Doing consistent $15+ months
Working 30 hours a week
And just last week, she hosted an in-person mastermind weekend for her clients in a beautiful Airbnb near the mountains.
Sheβs healthier, more confident than ever, and living that dream (or pretty damn close to it) of entrepreneurial freedom.
The transformation was complete β from desperate phone calls to leading retreats for clients who pay premium rate
Now the question is:
From the same starting point, how did A achieve wildly different outcomes than B?
Hereβs the reason:
B operated from what I call the βHustle Entrepreneurβ philosophy: Do more. Work harder. Say yes to everything. Push through the discomfort. Grind your way to success.
B thought:
βIf Iβm not making money, I need more clientsβ
βIf I need more clients, I need to post more contentβ
βIf Iβm not getting leads from content, I need to do webinarsβ
βI will work hard and figure this out myselfβ
B optimized for activity, not results. Somewhere inside, she thought 60-hour weeks were a sign of winning. Or at least that they eventually would lead there.
And eventually, B created a business that runs her instead of serving her.
A, on the other hand, operated from what I can the βEssentialist CEOβ philosophy: Do less, but better. Work smarter, not harder. Be selective about everything - your clients, your offers, your time.
A thought:
βIf Iβm not making money, Iβm doing something wrongβ
βI need specific guidance on what I need to do differentlyβ
βIβm great at what I do. But I donβt exactly know my bottlenecksβ
βLet me find and invest in someone who has done it themselvesβ
B felt lonely. B paid with time. B kept βtrying to figure out the path to winβ.
A found a coach. A invested in herself. A kept βtaking action on the path he knew would winβ.
Is there any surprise that Bβs story was RADICALLY DIFFERENT than Aβs story.
Now, thereβs a reason WHY Iβm telling you this fable-like story.
Well, because itβs not a fable. This is my story-and itβs true.
For a LONG time, I was B.
I was the one making those phone calls, working 60-hour weeks, and yet struggling to build any sort of life for myself.
And I was STUCK in a business that felt like a prison.
It took me reaching rock bottom - taking a day job for a year, deteriorating health, and existential crises - to finally become A.
And the ONLY regret I have is: βWhy didnβt I do this sooner?β
You might be facing the same choice right now.
Whether itβs working with me or finding someone else you feel is better suited for you and your goals.
But please donβt waste time like I (or B) did.
Be like A.
Act out of abundance.
And trust that a small investment in yourself can have the potential to generate huge returns- if you take the time to put your learnings into practice.
So, if youβre ready to finally figure out this game of building a premium consulting business:
