Because you're reading this, I know something about you. You have big dreams.

Even if you think they look small compared to the abundance of stories about 20-something unicorns, they feel big to you.

Life changing, world opening, freedom creating.

And I also know that achieving them might not always feel possible.

But despite the challenge and the often murky path ahead, you keep believing in the dream and know, deep down, that you CAN achieve it.

So you keep trying. Keep learning. Keep evolving.

But you’re frustrated that it’s taking so damn long.

By now, I've spent nearly 20 years helping companies grow, with the last 10 focused on working with founders directly.

And I've seen that when we struggle, we tend to fall into one of two camps (and sometimes swing between them both):

The First Camp: We move too quickly.

We race to build every aspect of our business, constantly on the go, go, go.

  • We build new programs before the last ones are fully tested

  • We design new systems while old ones are broken

  • We launch new campaigns before understanding what worked (or didn’t)

But we do each before it's fully baked. The strategies are flimsy, so they don't deliver the success we knew was possible. Sometimes it IS successful from the outside, but we realize we hate what we've built.

Instead of taking a step back and making small iterations, we scrap everything and start over. We give ourselves β€” and our audience β€” whiplash.

We're doing tons of work, but without the focus to make it valuable.

The Second Camp: We move too slowly.

We convince ourselves we need more time thinking, strategizing, and skill-building, so nothing actually gets done.

  • We take courses (but don't finish them)

  • Develop offers (but don't sell them)

  • Create landing pages (but don't share them)

It feels like we're busy, but little of it leads to meaningful results - revenue, time saved, new opportunities.

We use ongoing client work as an excuse, but deep down, we know we're not taking the action our dreams deserve.

In both cases, it's like an octopus on roller skates. Lots of activity. Not a lot of progress.

Why Most Business Communities Fail You

Here's what I've realized after working with hundreds of entrepreneurs:

You don't need more strategies.

You need surgical precision on exactly what's blocking YOUR growth, then a specific plan to fix it with accountability to actually follow through.

Most communities give you 100 strategies, hoping one works. But they can't tell you which strategy to focus on first, because they don't know where YOU specifically are stuck.

It's like getting directions to a summit without knowing which trailhead you're starting from.

What I'm Building Instead

The Essentialist CEO Collective - the first community that gives you personalized guidance instead of generic formulas β€” and the accountability to ensure you take action.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Your Essentialist Compass Assessment

Instead of guessing what you need, we identify exactly which of the 5 Essential Elements is blocking your path to consistent $10K+ months:

  • Element 1: Claim Your Authentic Expert Authority β€” Leverage your unique strengths and style to uncover your premium positioning and design a high ticket offer that dream clients beg to buy.

  • Element 2: Attract Dream Clients on Autopilot β€” Build predictable client attraction systems that work for your business, your ideal clients, and you.

  • Element 3: Repeatably Deliver Premium Client Experiences β€” Design systematized client experience that help you deliver standout results that keep clients coming back for more (and referring you to their friends).

  • Element 4: Engineer Freedom-Generating Systems β€” Build the backend systems and operations that help you make more money in less time.

  • Element 5: Embody the Unshakeable CEO β€” Dismantle those limiting beliefs and learn to step into your power as the authentically badass leader you were meant to be.

Step 2: Surgical Focus

Rather than trying to fix everything, you get laser focus on your ONE priority element with a personalized roadmap, so you know exactly what you need to to to take a big leap forward, finally.

Step 3: Guided Implementation

This is where the magic happens. You'll have two ways to make progress:

Essentialist CEO Sprints (1-2 per quarter): 4-6 week intensive cohorts where you join other entrepreneurs working on the SAME element.

We cycle through our 4 strategic Essential Elements throughout the year (incorporating Element 5 - mindset and alignment into everything we do):

  • Command Your Expert Authority - Premium positioning and offer design, pricing, and validation

  • Attract Dream Clients on Autopilot - Build predictable marketing, lead generation, and sales systems

  • Repeatably Deliver Premium Client Experiences - Systematically improve your client results, retention, upsells, and referrals

  • Engineer Freedom-Generating Systems - Build the systems that help you make more money in less time

The first Sprint launches in November (Command Your Expert Only) for founding members only.

Each Sprint includes a structured curriculum, additional coaching calls, and peer accountability to make fast progress without burning out.

Ongoing Community Support: Between Sprints, you get bi-weekly group coaching, element-specific discussion groups, and accountability partners to maintain momentum.

The beauty? You join Sprints when they align with YOUR priority element and life schedule. No pressure to keep up an intense pace year-round.

No more octopus-on-roller-skates energy. Just precise progress toward the business and life you actually want.

Your Exclusive First Access

I'm sharing exactly how this works in my upcoming free Essentialist CEO Workshop on September 24th, where you'll get your live Compass assessment and discover your priority element.

Workshop attendees get exclusive first access to join The Collective at founding member pricing before I open doors to everyone else.

Because the entrepreneurs making consistent $10K+ months aren't juggling more balls - they're throwing fewer balls higher.

Time to find out which balls are actually worth throwing.

Can’t wait to help you grow,
Kasey Jones 🧭

P.S. If you're tired of generic advice that doesn't fit your situation, this is for you.
